1. Minimal Style:
If we had to identify the 'minimal' style with one color that would be white! It is the predominant color without of course rejecting the addition of black as well as some elements in pastel and earthy colors. Ideally use 2 colors one of which in an additional element such as for example a large coloured wall painting !
In order for a room to follow, the minimal style should look big and ''clean'', without this meaning that it will be empty. So it is not necessary to cover all the walls with paintings or the entire surface of the floor with carpets.Just a few single touches are enough!
The minimal is equal to ''simple and unpretentious''. The furniture that fits is leather or wood and preferably low so that the space looks bigger.
2. Boho Style:
If you are thinking of adopting the boho style in your home, it means that you are determined to create a palette of colors and patterns that will relax you and reflect your unconventional mood. You can choose if you want to adopt this style in your whole house or in individual rooms.
For example, make your bedroom boho by placing fabrics and pillows with strong patterns and lay it with colored carpets and fringes. Complete the walls with tulle fabrics and decorative lamps or dreamcatchers and boho paintings.Place copper or glass pots with decorative plants on your nightstand.
Make the living room boho by putting on the sofas intense throws with fringed colored pillows and bold paintings. Cover the walls and decorate the fireplace with special mirrors and wicker crafts and add lamps and candles to the space. Plants such as the cactus are essential elements to cover your table.
Finally you can decorate your kitchen boho. If you are building your house from scratch and you have decided to make it in boho style, choose green or red wall tiles or any other with a bold pattern. Place wooden shelves with decorative custom plates, baskets and plenty of plants. Dress the floor here with strong carpets. You can also hang a decorative baboo cot with a themed pillow and cover.
3. Ethnic Style:
If you want to adopt ethnic style in your home, it is obvious that you are a fan of influences from different countries and cultures.First select the origin of the culture you prefer such as India, Africa, Mexico, East, Asia etc. Then start adding different themed decorations. They could be elephants, Buddhas, candlesticks, cages, statues and of course enrich the space and the walls with colors according to your choice.
