Last weekend I managed to take down all the Christmas decorations from the house.
I know I did it a little late but I didn't want to leave them earlier, as Christmas is my favorite time of the year and I usually decorate very early in November!
So it was a difficult decision.. haha..I'm just kidding, but i had to take them out and save them for next year.
When I finished with everything the house looked quite empty but also very clean.
So I decided not to put them all in storage but to keep some that might be useful for the winter decoration of my house!!
I needed to make my home cozy for the rest of the winter!
It's something that happens every year. We need to keep the glow even after the holidays and the desire to decorate becomes more intense!
So if your house looks empty after you remove the warmth of Christmas, you have clicked on the appropriate article to be inspired and feel free to create the atmosphere you need again!!
Do not discard many items that you consider to be 'Christmas', while you can use them to dress the house completely winter!!
5 WAYS TO MAKE YOUR HOME COZY
My first thought was that I could use the garlands after the holidays.
They are my favourite thing and keep the warmth in a place! So I decided to put them on the fireplace which was empty and decorate them with objects that I had like a buddha, some faux plants, a pinecone and a book.
BRANCHES AND FAUX PLANTS:
Then i went to the bedroom and tried to combine some natural details in a white place
First i found this wooden bedside table and then some branches and a few faux plants were enough to make my bedroom cozy!
Why not keep the Christmas tree by transforming it??
First time holding the whole Christmas tree but without the Christmas details!
This small tree decorated my bedroom for the holidays.
I love the way it transformed and adorns my living room!! I chose some pampas and various branches and of course some pillows from my favorite African style that rested on his trunk.
-What do you think?
I JUST LOVE IT!!!!
I found this beautiful tiny white tree on the market during the holidays. I thought that it would be useful for a corner of my living room.
And finally indeed!
I put it in this golden vase and now it looks more like a lot of white branches.
I decorated it with pine cones and some chestnuts that were left over and now loving the way it stands near my fireplace!
My lovely red entrance transformed from Christmas to a warm winter corner!
I took off all the Christmas things and replace them with a beautiful slim vase, a book and a little sparkle!
I just kept these pinecones!
